Description

The continued trend towards miniaturization in the automotive and medical technology fields is leading to increasingly difficult applications where tiny components have to be connected to one another electrically and mechanically. STRUNK offers solutions for these applications, to be able to process components in the µ range. These include, for example, coil wires with up to 10 µm diameter, substrates, mini contacts, PCBs, electronic components etc. These applications are usually in systems which react sensitively to temperature, voltage and pressure.

Since the manual handling of small parts is becoming more and more difficult, or for quality reasons, STRUNK micro-spot welding systems are increasingly being used in automatic manufacturing processes.
